Music On Hold Equipment

Music on hold equipment is a critical component in most music on hold and music and messages on hold systems. With the exception of some virtual pbx or voip phone systems, every phone system that has a music on hold capability also needs music on hold equipment in order to play on hold music.

For phones or phone systems that are not equipped with a music on hold input, sometimes a music on hold adapter is necessary. While not the ideal music and messages on hold solution, a music on hold adapter can be used effectively with many standard phones and phone lines. For small or home offices, this is sometimes the only on hold system option available.
